School fees

                                   i.            School fees are currently at one hundred and forty-four dollars ($156) per month for ten months, being the months of January to October.

ii.            School fees are due and should be paid within the first week of the month, for the current month.

iii.            Students have been advice to pay school fees to class teachers for the first five school days of the month. Therefore, school fees are received form students at the Bursary.

iv.            Parents can make payments at any time of the day, during school office hours (7.30am to 4.00pm)

                                 v.            Students with school fees outstanding for three months would be suspended, if payments for the two overdue months are not made by first week of the month.

vi.            Reminders will be issued for school fees outstanding for months and handed to the class teachers to be distributed to the students.

vii.            Parents who have queries are to be referred to the Bursary. The school fees Payment history would be provided upon request.

viii.            Students of Form One and Form Four are to pay two months’ school fees at the beginning of the year, chiefly due to students leaving without notice and non-settlement of school fees already due.

ix.            Students should notify the school of their absence in writing, especially when they are going to be late in coming back from their holidays, and also to check with the Bursary that payments of school fees are up-to-date.

                                 x.            For students sitting for public examinations, school fees for the year (January to October) should be paid before they are allowed to sit for the mock and/or oral examinations.

xi.            For kindergarten and Pra-Sekolah students, promotion would not be permitted unless all outstanding school fees for the year are settled with the Bursary.

xii.            For all other classes (Primary One to Primary Five and Form One, Two and Four) school fees must be settled by the end of October, before they are allowed to sit for their Final examinations.
